Boxing x Mr Pops

Together with Mr Pops, we have something special for you – after an intense workout, a serving of delicious guilt-free ice cream is waiting for you.

This session is 45 minutes of active functional training for all fitness levels.
You’ll start at the punching bag – the trainer will show you simple combinations that replace classic cardio. Then, you’ll move on to strength and muscle-sculpting exercises performed on the mat. We alternate between these two blocks, which helps your muscles engage faster while fatigue comes more slowly.
You’ll work your arms, abs, back, and legs – all to the rhythm of music, in a moody, softly lit space.

After it all – a reward from Mr Pops: ice cream that tastes like summer!

What you need to know:
• Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class – you’ll receive full instructions.
• Bring a water bottle – you can refill it in the locker room with fresh filtered water.
• Don’t be late – once the class starts, we can’t let you in to avoid disrupting the flow.
• Boxing gloves are available on site; bring your own wraps or purchase them at reception.
• A light snack before class will be your ally in achieving your best performance.
• Small face towels are available for free in the locker room.
• Our trainers record stories during classes (let them know if you prefer to stay incognito).

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If this is your first time at a training session, you should definitely arrive 15 minutes before the start to get a briefing.
Be sure to bring a water bottle with you. In our dressing room you will be able to collect delicious filtered drinking water.
Don't be late! After the start of training, we do not let you into the gym. You can be injured if you don't stretch and warm up. And it would be unfair to disturb the atmosphere of the class set up by the coach.
We have free boxing gloves. You also need to have your own inner gloves or buy them at the reception.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack to keep you energized and beat everyone in your workout.
In the changing room you can borrow a free small face towel.
During the workout, our trainers take stories so that you can be proud of yourself afterwards. Because if you didn’t take a photo or video at a workout, then consider that you weren’t there   😁

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
You can cancel registration for a class without losing it 6 hours before the start or earlier.

Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
